Just a plain old simple, click "Clients Menu" and see a list of players in the game so I can add simple stuff like God Mode, Unlimited Ammo, Unlock Achievements etc.

I would say to take a look at Shark's menu base and see how he does it.

I meant that you can see how he grabs players and such. It isn't necessarily verification based, but you would have to make a few changes according to menu base.
