(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am on rebug 4.70.1, was on 4.78.1 I am using ccapi for cex and have tried using the GSC injector for bo2 v1.19.4 as well as GSC studio. No matter what I try the menu I try to load ALWAYS freezes my system. I tried using Loz menus and his freeze the worst. I tried Gr3Zz menu for multiplayer and i can get the numbers to show in to right corner quit game and as soon as I try to go into another match custom or online it freezes at "waiting for other players". I have tried with a normal eboot and a antiban eboot and have tried checking/unchecking the antiban box in the injector menu. Everything connects good, and i get no error messages, just a frozen system that I have to hard reset. So with all that being said I have a few questions.

1. Is there magical CFW I need to be on to get this to work. I would switch to DEX but want to get comfortable with CEX first.

2. What is the best injector to use? Every tutorial I looked up has the 1.19.1 injector menu and I cannot find a good link to that version.

3. Is it my eboot file? I am running the game from disk, and I have tried to delete game data and reinstall to get a fresh eboot. Ive been using jewels eboots for everything else and it seems stable as far as eboot mods.

I just want to be able to use menus. I am tired of modders freezing me and I am unable to do anything about it. I would also like to have fun with friends in a custom game. Any tips or troubleshooting help is welcome as well as any links you guys can provide to point me in the right direction. I am open to doing team viewer from senior members. Thanks in advance!

Well GSC Studio I believe is the most used and most stable. You said you freeze using GSC with original eboot? If so, then it's most likely your CFW or the program on your PC. As this program works fine, only other thing it could be is the menu itself you are trying to use. I also recommend 4.75.3 Rebug.

Hey thanks for the reply. Yes GSC freezes with original eboot. I am running windows 7 and got 90% of my programs and menus from here on NGU. I will try 4.75.3 Rebug and see if that helps.

I mean an issue with the program being used on your PC. But yes try 4.75.3.

I get no errors so I don't see how? I have an issue with filezilla were after I installed ccapi filezilla is unable to connect to my ps3. But as far as ccapi and GSC i get no errors using them.

There is no " magical Cfw to run mods,although some mods/exploits are only available for CEX or DEX,some games do require a certain firmware level to be used online ( e.g. Bo3 ) but since Bo2 is an older Cod you should be fine with anything from 4.70 or higher ( maybe 4.65/4.50 aswel ),my Ps3 is running 4.70.1 D-Rex and personally have never had an issue,few of my friends use Rebug 4.70 ( CEX ) and they to have no issues with modding online.

Hands down i would say Gsc studio latest build,Jwm has a stable injector also,but from memory he's maybe only available to CEX consoles ( i could be wrong ),you could also try using _NzV_'s Sprx injector,that to works well for CEX/DEX based consoles.

If you have tried Jewels eboot and had no success you could try compiling your own using the eboot/self builder program,if you still have issues i would consider looking at your internal hdd,from what your saying you have basically narrowed down most of the steps that maybe causing the issue with Bo2,have you tried any other game online with the same Ps3? if so,what was the outcome,if not,could you maybe try another game to see the outcome? can you run mods offline in Bo2 Lan/Local? if so,what was the outcome?
