(Tu14 version is still untested, but should work if the released offset is correct)

Edit: I also included the source code for JtagRPC in the solution... thanks to teh1337 for releasing it a while back. If you want the xex to also include JtagRPC you would need to uncomment the snippet of code in the "Initialize" function to start the JtagRPC thread.

If you just want to use the ban bypass and don't care about the source download the "Bo2BanBypassCompiled" archive linked below. Then just place the TU14 xex as a plugin in dashlaunch.
