Lol this I would not class this as a Easter egg when it happens for everyone everytime without fail and does not require you to do anything lol. It's like saying look I found out to glitch the XMB first remove the disc and put it back in if you get a black screen well done you did it. We all no this who has played in the game haha. Especially on hard point when 1 of the hard points is in that room.

But here is the track anyways
If he had any sense he would have known that the song is featured in the Campaign as well on the mission "Karma" when you see Chloe in "Club Solar" but have enough sense to realize its not an easter egg.
