I've tried this a few times, and it always puts us on same team. Is there a way to get second controller into free for all?

If you do this you got a chance that your 2nd controller is on the other team. its not 100% sure it does.
(All it does is: It let's the game think you and your 2nd controller are not in a party, this way its possible one of you gets on the other team. It might take some matches before it does.)

And I don't think there is any way on getting it in free for all.

You can use this for boosting if you'd like.

Cant ever get this one to work

This could be pretty useful seeing you could sign in with a new account for your 2nd controller and it shouldn't make people suspicious.

Does work. But ur 2nd controller wont be in other team for 100%. it could take 1-3 games before he does.
