Well recently I've been working on a tool that helps you decrypt/encrypt any Black Ops II self/BIN file for any region.
I was planning on releasing this a few days ago, but I thought I could make it better, but there's really nothing else I could add to it.

Note: You must keep the program inside the folder because there are a few hidden files in the folder that this program needs to run properly.

I added the "Encrypt All Regions Menu" in case any of you guys made some mods that you felt were worthy enough of being released, then all of us can use them. Smile
