None of this modded gamesave are going to work . You have to Resing it with XPLODER and Transfer to OFW Ps3

Who said you didn't? Anyone who knows anything about modding knows you need xploder to use saves black ops + , and if you don't even have xploder, then why are you in a section that requires it?
