What you want to do next is find a bot that has seen you and has started to shoot at you, when that happens quickly place your tactical insertion.

About 60% of the time the bot that just killed you will be literally just staring at your tactical insertion, so be ready when you respawn to shoot at him and you'll receive your medal. Rinse and repeat.
