Remember lagging MW2 with Net Tools? Well, I gave it a try, and guess what? It slowed my connection down enough, the glitch worked! I will link a video below and you can try it for yourself if you don't believe me.
NOTICE:
Google Chrome (some other browsers) may detect Net Tools/ Cain as malicious.
Windows Firewall will attempt to block both programs. You will need to allow them through the Firewall.
Your anti-virus program may detect these programs as viruses. You might want to disable it for the meanwhile.
Steps:
1.) Do the "X" "X" and "O" thingy (Turn the Net Tools Flooder on)
2.) Once you are kicked to the main menu, stop the Flooder in Net Tools, and once you sign in, quickly turn it back on. Wait a few seconds (5), then turn it off. It may take a few seconds to load. You may have to do this a few times. It worked for me the first time.

I've done research, lots of it. All I've come across is the YouTube "trick", which I couldn't for the life of me get to work.
Update 1.01-1.06 did not require you to lag your connection to do the glitch. It took 1.06 longer to do, but lagging was not required.
