What is uTor?

uTor Engine is an application developed on the windows platform. It is a set of tools that allows users to connect to developer console's such as DEX PS3's and RGH 360's (Debugging Capabilities). These tools were created by James himself, and allow you too poke memory values through the internal RAM of the console. We have seen this through what we know as RTM (Real Time Modding), which allows us to alter a games assembly through the EBOOT.BIN in real time. However this tool has many more capabilities than RTE. Although this tool allows the user to poke memory (As seen in the alpha teaser), is was stated on Jame's website that users would also be able to transfer compiled game files from a USB, or HDD, and execute them through the game on that console. (GSC | LUA | WEAPON ASSETS | MODELS | SOUNDS | CFG | ETC).

What does uTor support?

On initial release, uTor will support ONLY the Xbox 360, however further into its development, the application will soon come to be able to connect with others such as the PS3. However it was also stated that the PS3 must be running a DEX (Debug) Kernal, and that you should have SN Systems Software installed on your computer (Target Manager | Debugger). So be patient PS3 users our time will come!

Why should i sign up?

Any game or application in its early stages is known to be in it's alpha testing stage. This means that Jame's is releasing a free build of his tools to the first handful of people to join his site. (1337 Max) And it also will probably be a few selected from those that get it. His is doing this mainly for first ammount of people that show support, and also to test it and get any unwanted bugs or complications out of the way. So go and sign up RIGHT NOW, to get a chance to download his tool.

I was like one of the first 20 or 10 to sign up but the beta is only for Xbox

Any one who gets to alpha test is sealed spots for downloads of future builds (which will support PS3)

Oh right that's cool but the first beta will be for xbox and then the second beta probably will be for both and then final release with all call of dutys in

The testing wont start in beta, it starts in alpha. after bugs have been adressed, then the application will move to beta development and will probably contain new features, and he might decide not to move the app into beta testing, just release it as a final build, providing future updates with new features like new game and console support. Also there is not 2nd beta lol
