And the ability to follow the following steps.
Steps are:
1. Log in to the account that you want to get the higher rank on.
2. Setup Net Tools 5 like this : You must login or register to view this content. (type Data 5 times then copy and paste for 30 seconds)
3. Now on PS3 go to the menu before it says find match. There you press start on Net Tools and add your second controller.
4. Then with your second controller, press X over store and O right after that with your first controller.
5. Keep tapping X with your first controller until you see your Profile Has Been Signed OUt.
6. THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: NOW WAIT 10 alligator SECONDS.
7. After you wait for 10 alligator seconds, then press X. Now choose the account with the higher level (or lower level).
8. After you click X press sign in and wait 5 ALLIGATOR seconds. After you wait for 5 Alligator Seconds, press stop on Net Tools.
9. Now you let it sign in and Voila, it works.
10. Sign out, then sign back in to make it stick.
Side Note: For people that have been banned or reset: You must follow steps 1-10. Then after you sign in, you go to Fresh Start, and do a Fresh Start. Then you follow steps 3-10 again to make it stick. NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR THOSE PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN BANNED OR RESET.

Step 1: Download UDP Unicorn
Step 2: Set the target as: 27.27.27.27
Step 3: Set the port as PSN (PS3)
Step 4: Sign in your 2nd controller as Guest
Step 5:On your 2nd controller press X twice on store
Step 6: Press O on your 1st controller
Step 7: When your screen goes black, Press "Attack" on the UDP Unicorn program
Step 8: Spam X and then select the user you would like to duplicate
Step 9: Let the circle spin 16 times and then press "Stop Unicorns" on the UDP Unicorn program
Step 10: Let your PSN sign in and connect to the online services (if you fail for some reason you have to sign out and start the whole process again. I fail from time to time but 80% get it first try). You will know you have failed if the account your are attempting to duplicate's name isn't showing up, or the rank is your old rank.
Step 11: go to Custom Games, Press the PS button, and sign out.
Step 12: Sign back in, connect to the servers and BOOM! you're done
Step 13: This is not necessary but I like to play a game online just to make sure the stats stick completely.
Please note that if your connection is faster or slower than about 15-22 Mb/ps than you should try mixing up the amount of times you let it spin before stopping the attack.

Lock A Lobby
#1 Have a friend sit in a multiplayer party
#2 Go to the multiplayer main menu and highlight local
#3 Press triangle, find your friend and press square to join
(now you need good timing)
#4 When the "joining session" message disappears press X
(it needs to be just before you're about to actually join)
#5 You should get thrown into a lobby as host.
You now have a locked lobby for boosting
#6 Tell 2 friends to join with splitscreen
#7 Leave lobby, add splitscreen and re-join
You can now boost with 6 players, sometimes it will start with only 4

This glitch is not as easy as it sounds and is a little unstable, when you press X, you get 4 outcomes
#1 You did it right
#2 You end up in your own party with no prestige emblem, just go to theatre or private match to fix it
#3 You join your friend's party and get thrown back to the multiplayer menu
#4 You get put in a local lobby
You may find that your friends can't join, just re-do the lobby
Sometimes you will get thrown into other peoples games who are doing the same glitch
If you see that it's searching for another lobby, go to your player card < this somehow stops it but I'm unsure if people can join whilst you're on it
In my experience, DO NOT invite your friends as this always sends me to another lobby, message them to join
Try this
I haven't confirmed this part on 1.10, but worked on 1.09
To get any game mode, search for that game mode and back out OR actually join a pre-game lobby of that mode and back out, then do the glitch
Your lobby will still say it's TDM though until the game starts.
