Another method that worked was copy the save game from the usb to the computer modify it then copy back over.

I already have a SVG in my folder. It still doesn't load.

Did you try the method, copying the "PS3" folder to your computer then modify it,

Tried it. Tried making over 17 folders with the editor and save in it. Nothing works..

What game region is it. Ex. My one is BLES01717.

1.) Delete ur save
2.) play campaign and save, then go to zombies and MP and quit the game.
3.) copy to pc and open it up done . fixed mine by that.

ps: u will get a savegame.svg if u only play the campaign and save, or if u try to open the savegame without the savegame.svg. but that one will be invalid. .
