Anyway, thanks to IReallyLikeFood, he has come up with a way to fix the freeze.. This tutorial is to get it working on DEX.. Go to his tutorial and download your .self for your region

Than download TrueAncestor self Resigner

download natsu eboot editor

Put foods self in the self sub folder inside trueancestor.. start trueancestor select number 4 than 1..
go back in self folder, you now have an elf file.. put it on your desktop

open natsu and select the elf from desktop
Select ONLY non host mods, as foods eboot already has all antiban and stuff

make it into a debug and boom ready to transfer it to your ps3!

sorry lazy tutorial but if you are tired of freezing constantly this is well worth it!
havent tested with rtm tools or mod menu yet

EDIT WORKD WELL WITH RTM AND MOD MENUS, ALTHOUGH BECAUSE OF DISABLE PERK CHECK, MOD MENU SHOWS SQUARES INSTEAD OF LETS SAY DPAD UP OR DOWN
