First of all you would want to extract the eboot that is for Blus31011 and place the eboot and copy it to dev_hdd0/games/Npub31054/usdir/eboot.bin. nw you would want to launch multiman and load any game. Now you can launch the bo2 without getting an error.
Note: u must load a game with multiman or your bo2 wont open!
