I am not new to modding, but I am new to modding Black Ops II.

I know how to use RTM tools with some ease of use, but when it comes to these so called GSC menus etc, I am not sure how and what to do?

I heard there is a good zombies menu called Project Iconic V3 but i can't seem to figure out (by myself) on how to get it, where to put it, and overall what i need to do to use it? Could someone help?
