This is in the wrong section. Should be in Exploit and hack questions. But to answer this no there is no current mod for zombies. as for online theres black ops 2 mods in elite. Also theres never an eta so don't expect one.

There is currently no zombie mod
Hover there is campaign mods
There is xp mods in elite
There is 1.01,1.02 do mods public for all
There is a mod menu but it's not released before next update.

All can be found in the exploits and hacks section, not the xp for 1.03.
