(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As many already know, a prestige glitch was released today that thousands of people have done since it was so simple. It has been patched and treyarch stated they will be banning.

Anyone get banned yet? I saw a picture on twitter of someone who got banned. 5 day temporary ban. Some other people are saying they just reset you to your previous rank before the glitch.

Can anyone confirm? Post if you got banned.

It is patched already?, Fantastic a prestige glitch comes out and they patch it in less than 24h, but they still havent patched/fixed the famous error server,,!

Oh only a 5 day ban/reset? That's not so bad. I did it yesterday to get to prestige 7, but I haven't been on the game since, so I'm not sure yet. I also did the unlimited prestige token glitch on MW3, but I still haven't been reset for that, so I'm hoping to get lucky again lol.

I'll be sure to post when I get on the game today.

He didn't say anything else in the tweet, but I'm guessing this has to do with the glitch.

I got on today and saw a message saying "Your classes have been reset" so I was expecting to get a ban message right after that, but I didn't. It had me at Prestige 2, Level 55 with my stats from when I was there applied to my account. It's a little weird because I was on Prestige 4 legit when I did the glitch, but they kind of 'system restored' my account back to an old Prestige 2. So no banhammer or full reset or anything, just an old partial restore of my account.

Same. I got to 2nd lvl 50 before the glitch. And they restored me to 1st 55. But my stats got reset apparently and I lost all my titles, weapons progression and all type of stats.

Oh really? Mine was different, I guess. I still had all my stats and titles and weapons progress, but just not where it was when I did the glitch. It was just all the old stuff when I was P2. Leaderboard stuff is there too, but it's old too.

I guess they were lenient on this one with just partial restores. What prestige did you go up to? All the way to 10 or lower? I went to 8 so I'm not sure how they are handling the punishments for this.

I went to 8th too. I think the reason I dont have anything is because I bought too many classes and then I got a UI error so I had to reset my stats using a prestige award. Then i did the glitch again up to 8th.

So maybe since I reset my stats they couldn't restore what I had. That's the only possibility.
