Ban Is Correct, You Get "account banned" ( FOR BO2 ONLY, so u can play On BO1 With the acc ) which i think is like automated when u have Modded files on ur Ps3, i dont think theres further investigation into it either, so it shouldnt eventuate to a console ban, i Was using Kameaw 3.55 for ages and was playing on bo2 ( getting heaps of accz banned ^_^ ) and ive NEVER been console banned
But For Best Results, Change ur Firmware to 4.21+ Iether Rebug 4.21 or Rogero 4.30 Is Good ( Im Using rogero ) then u dont need a eboot fix and Your Not Using a Modded file

yes you right , Rogero 4.30 it's will good
i have another cfw on ROGERO 4.30 v 2.03 and it's perfectly fine
but must people wants to still on 3.55 to using Unban to get PSN online again
because now must people get console ban when B.O2 coming out :p
