Trophy System All over the map glitch?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So the other yesterday, I was this in this lobby and no matter where and what time I threw my stun, and c4, it would automatically destroy itself like as if the trophy system was placed all over the map. They tried to disguise the glitch by putting trophy system in the HQ, but since I had engineer, I knew that there were no trophy systems near by. Does anybody else know how to do this?

its not an unlimted ammo lobby it happend to me today but i was on the other endd of the glitch. i threw down my trophy system and as soon as it hit the ground it blew up then when ever someone on the other team threw equipment it would blow it up i have video proof.
