Change your date on your ps3, go back the amount of days you got banned for. Worked for me for a couple of days anyway.

Maybe patching the self on the scan region so it always returns false or something, this is easy to do on pc and it's getting easyer on the ps3, as necessity comes people that can do it will appear.
