Follow these steps, after doing the duplication glitch you go to Fresh Start, and do a Fresh Start, after fresh starting, do the duplication glitch again

OR once the duplication glitch is done, go to Custom Games, Press the PS button, and sign out.
Sign back in, connect to the servers and you're done
This is not necessary but I like to play a game online just to make sure the stats stick completely.

once you have duplicated the acct, create a playercard save it and play one online match, 90% of the time you will get a trophy, but either way this makes the duplication stick
