Yes i believe they banned you MAC address, just downgrade to 3.41 and change your MAC you should be fine after that. It worked for me.

Well i have never went to ITA so your gonna have to get back to CEX somehow and then downgrade to 3.55 from there you can just put a MW2 disk and goto recovery mode and do update because MW2 has an older update then 3.41 after this you would update to 3.41... if your PS3 was not originaly on a firmwear lower then all of this then i would not do so, cuz you could brick it. i forgot what firmwear MW2 takes you to, but i know its in the 3.xx i think its like 3.01 or 3.21

I thought there was an app on 3.55 DEX that would allow a mac change. It has been awhile so I can't 100% confirm. I used Rebug.

i had this happen all i did was make a new account then it did it again..
