I had the same problem, you need to install ALL the blus/bles files for it to work, and the multiplier eboot for rtm you can eaither make your own (theres a tut on here on how to do that just search it) or you can download a rtm tool and use the one already provided for you in the folder or sometimes it has a separate download on the same page

no the game never loads up it just turns black or when its on the spin thing it frezes it never goes to any menu

I think there might be some back in the pages on here but whenever i tried to play with a normal eboot when i wasn't on dex i was insta ban like i couldn't even go online but it could have been my mac address so i couldnt really tell you since i never played with a normal eboot

i had this exact same problem when i was using the game from my disc. then i downloaded the game from the internet and at least now it loads to the main menu

yes that means your account is banned, and the eboot your using is flagged, make your own eboots, download them will only get you banend faster
