Doubt it, how would they know? They can't tell if it's legit or not. Hell sony can't. Maybe you bought it on a different account? Maybe you own two ps3's and gameshared it to your second one. They can't really tell, I've been gamesharing with my friend for years now. He's got a ton of psn content from me via data transfer. He has never been banned.

Also it's not "hacked" dlc it's more on the lines of piracy.
