if you are using EBOOT.BIN for [Rebug DEX] , you will get banned fast
if you are using t6mp_ps3f.self for [Debug DEX ITA] , you will not get banned for weeks maybe month

There's not a way to get online "without getting banned", or better, you can patch BO2 checks to make the game doesn't ban you.
But you can't really block sony, either than deleting your history.
