Will Treyarch know If I have homebrew installed? If I delete them before starting up BO2 will I still get banned?

Even if I have 4.46 CFW, can Treyarch still tell If I have a CFW or not?

Will I still get banned even if I play offline?

Is the only way to play BO2 online is by using a DISC?

So firstly by playing bo2 online on cfw even with a disc and no modding at all, you will be banned.

Treyarch illegally scan your dev_hdd0 and your file system for certain files that are installed due to running a cfw ps3. Even without modding you will most definitely be banned .
Running it from a download off of psnstuff is even riskier than playing off of a disc.

Also it isn't just bo2 you will be banned from. Either after signing out of psn or a couple of days after a bo2 ban, you WILL be CONSOLE BANNED!

So my advice is mod other games run homebrew and stuff on your cfw ps3 and have am ofw ps3 for bo2. That's what myself and many others do too.

Thanks I kinda figured something was wrong. I heard there was a tool called PSNTool which disables syscalls and allows you to play BO2 on CFW without being detected, but It's for Rebug 4.21 & 4.30 I have Rogero 4.46.
