I was on dex rubug and changed to ps3ita few days ago and I can tell you that ps3ita in my opinion is better to rtm ..
Don't know why you want to change to ps3ita but if it is to rtm I would change.

im almost positive ps3ita doesnt have a CEX but i suggest going to ps3ita dex prevents banning by %60
