(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys! Do I need something like a debug eboot to mod on Black Ops 2? Im on a DEX and can't run the RTM tool, thats why Im wondering... Pls help me!

sry for the wrong section :/ Where do I get this debuged EBOOT from, because I can't find one anywhere :/ My region is BLES01719, if that helps...
