I'm looking for someone who can mod nuketown to a training lvl for a single player.
We want to do a competition between a gamer vs a marine and want to use Nuketown as a map.

So.. the gamer plays on the pc and the marine in realtime but we need to make it a even match so no
zombies or bot's but shooting targets to score points.

Is it possible to do this? How much time will it cost and what would the expenses be?
