Delete Game data utility and install the latest update followed by the dlc and camos.
If you changed your console id use ps3ita manager v1.30/40 to change it that stops black ops 2 zombie freezing.

I fixed my problem my going to ps3ita 4.21 is works perfect nows.

how did you get it to work mine is constantly freezing like it wont even start up without freezing
