If u are on CFW then go to 'Black Ops II Mods, Cheats and Guides' there are few tool for unlock all etc. Problem: If you Mod Black Ops II you'll get really fast a Ban and a Console Ban. You can (Kieron said) also pay someone that can do u it. The best and safest way when someone offers it with the Prestige Duplication.
