His issue was most likely resolved by now...

what does black ops II ban ? MAC Adress, PSID, Account Ban From Game.
if you change/spoof your mac address you should be good to go.
they "DO NOT" ban you're console id from the game.

Also so when they grab you're mac address and ban it you can nop this address so they wont be able to get it.
this may unban the console from the game if you're too lazy to change the mac address.
