If you just want Radar, Wall hack and anti ban I suggest you use this.

It's a eboot so you'll need to go to HDD0/game/BLES-01717(Depends on your black ops 2 bles/blus code)/USRDIR/

and replace the EBOOT.BIN with Tustins.
