You will be able to use it on any Psn account, but once you download it to your computer that's the only computer you can use it on, it won't work if you tried using it on any other computer, just open it up, connect your ps3 to CCAPI 2.5, and you're pretty much done.

if u do delete it just go into your FMT ac**** on the website and go to your programs then redownload it 
also u can subbit a ticket to do a computer swap the all they do is deactivate it then u just download it on ur new pc which reactivates t on that one

how do I attach a mod menu using CEX, whenever I try nothing happens and it says connected even if I dont have an IP typed in, how do I tell if its really connected
