Force Host is made so you will always be host. Sometimes it can take a while before you can find people who will join your game. Some things can cause issues so it will take REALLY long.

1. Your connection is bad.
2. Your NAT Type is Strict or Moderate.

Thanks bro. I have a moderate connection, that must be why :/ Gonna have to re setup my whole gaming setup... ughh

It's your internet, re-setting your setup up won't do anything to the connection. Search for tutorials on Youtube how to open NAT.
