I think it is, even though Revolution gets you banned. Try using TheSaltCracka's Anti-Ban Eboot. That one should work for Revolution.

Yeah, TheSaltCracka's eboot worked for me. You can use anything in the menu but the prestige 12+

I would actually prefer Tustin's eboot. I never got banned with it.
