Try to start up your ps3, and only attach the menu. When i start Revolution with other shit attached, it freezes, so i just restart my ps3, and just attach the menu.

What Mod Menu are you trying to use? And where? In Zombies or Multiplayer?

EDIT: Do NOT connect any other tools, that's usually the main reason why it happends...
