EDIT: I originally posted this on some other site (i wont tell cause we don't want any n00bs there) - I also packaged and put this together my self...

both of these PKG's have been compressed and split into 21 parts, so you have to download all 21 parts and place them in a folder and extract one of them with winrar and it should extract them all and put them into one file:

The Fix should not be needed but its included.

just install "(BLES01717) Black Ops II ALL DLC.pkg" and run B02 All DLC should be unlocked and read to use.
