It's just a troll. It will always say "One hour left". Your only option is to make a new account and use SaltCracka's eboots for zombies and multiplayer. Remember, it's plural. I've went through this on my second account. If it was legitimate temp ban, it would say "One Week Left" or "6 days". One hour? That's just Failarch at their best.
