Yes same here, Just tried it on my jailbroken and non-jailbroken ps3. Happened on both.

I was going to delete it as well, but since i have an original firmware console i thought i'd give it a try.

I would've been pissed my bd is broke so I got psn version of bo2 an it takes for ever to download
