Is it a glitch because I use unlock all or do they really have it?

I use unlock all but don't use diamond, I don't like it as much as some DLC camos

I've seen level ones with all gun titles when I go to combat record.

Haha i'm pretty sure those are your titles that you see on other peoples combat records...
I noticed it as well and was pretty confused but yeah if you were to go on account that had say 1 gun with diamond then you'll only see that gun with the titles on someone elses combat record
