In visual studio do i click BUILD/Publish ?

build it, then go to Documents>Visual Studio>Projects>(your project)>bin>ebug and in there will be the file (.exe) and the dll's you need to copy and paste the .exe and CCAPI, PS3TMAPI, PS3TMAPI_NET and PS3Lib dll files along with any other ones you used into the same folder and then put it in an archive to upload to mediafire or mega, you can also go into the release folder and check there
