-Psninja
-change the EBOOT - T3mp_ps3f.self
-and change the ID

I know this doesn't help the fact you have been insta banned straight off the bat, BTW were you banned before playing the game or did you get a little play time? Run through all the things to unban yourself (CID, MAC ACCOUNT, PSID) all of these have been known to be issues, also if you are using an anti-ban EBOOT and Self files then there is no need to use a tool aswell

No i dont played before so i need to change my MAC ?

try changing account and to a console ID that you know works first, then if those don't work change your MAC, Then after that change the PSID but shouldn't come to that
