I know that its an Console ID Ban but i don't know how to change it and come online

How do you know its a CID banned??? It'll say that your console device has been banned, are you sure your not account banned?

Are you sure its not your Mac Address that is banned off BO2?

On CCAPI control console or some tools, there is an option to change CID, just connect the tool via CCAPI and enter the new CID into the box and hit the button
