Theres nothing you can do. Its just your connection aint good enough to host lobbys. Do you by any chance have a Zombie Anti bann eboot? waning to play that

Is this low risk bann like the BlackOps2 Anti eboot that skips straight to multiplayer?
And i just place it in the regular eboot folder in BLUS3011. whats the .self go?

nah it loads up like normal but idk if its low risk or not, just spoof you cid when u go on and for the .self its same as the eboot but if your not on ita dex i wouldnt use it man, id try to find the eboot you want.

Im on 4.50 ita spoofed 4.60. So i just place the .self into the blus3011 folder and overwrite the blackops2 anti bann eboot i have already in there, correct?
