Use tustins anti ban eboot, also the lag is may because you use CCAPI (wich is freezy an laggy) + wireless modding?? Try doing it from computer to your router (with cable.. Of course..) and from your router to your ps (with cable.. Uh.. Of course) that should reduce the lag. If u want no lag go from cex to dex and use tmapi.
