Did you try to install an EBOOT or anything that modifys the game? If so, the best thing to do would be to delete your Game Data Utility for Black Ops 2, then reinstall the 1.18 Update so that all the files go back to normal. That should work, otherwise it's a problem with your PS3 actually reading the game disc.

Make sure if you're on CEX to use a CEX eboot, and if you're on DEX use the DEX eboot
