Well same for me, the lag in bo2 doesn't appear so i can't load online Try it with another PSID now.

Honestly, your internet might be the problem in this case. If your internet isn't up to par for the game, it results in long waiting times most of the time. And this is the main reason as to why you're having these issues. If you're using a modified EBOOT, switch it out with the original or a confirmed working EBOOT and that will definitely help.
