Totally misinterpret the question!! Yes there is a way to mod a "modded eboot" just decrypt it and mod it, You need TrueAncstor to decrypt and encrypt the EBOOT itself

What Jewels said is correct, you simply decrpyt the Modified EBOOT, in order to add more modifications of your choice. It is possible. However, I recommend just using my EBOOT Builder which can be found You must login or register to view this content.. With my EBOOT Builder, you can create and customize your own EBOOT. It's much easier to take that route, but nonetheless...
