Do a barrel roll!
It does it for every button on the game. When I loaded up a GSC mod menu, it said Hold Square (Image of square) and Square (Image f Square) to Open menu. Anyone why it does this and/or how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem lmao, I want it fixed too and if it is the eboot then is there a fixed eboot out there somewhere where that shit doesn't happen?
